Why would I use Agent Contact Wizard when the insurance company that I represent has email marketing?
Agent Contact Wizard email marketing provides agencies with messages that they can control. We also create communications that explain the importance of survey participation. As agencies have a need for messages on specific topics, we are able to shift quickly to design message for the insurance agencies we work with.
What is the schedule for Agent Contact Wizard emails?
On the first Wednesday of each month, you’ll receive an email preview that shows the current month’s default campaign. If you do nothing, your Agent Contact Wizard default will be sent out to your clients on the second Wednesday of the month. If you would like to select one of our substitution messages, simply reply to our preview email, and we will process your request. Change requests must be submitted by noon (EST) on the Monday two days before the second Wednesday of the month.
How much time is required each month to maintain Agent Contact Wizard?
It becomes virtually effortless. You or your staff can submit new file audits anytime for us to update your list. This keeps your client list current.
